"Life in its manifestation is vibration."
Edgar Cayce
En Español | Everything in this world is vibration, everything is connected by resonance, and this resonance creates energy, when this energy is condensed in a point, matter is created.
Our body is composed by three levels represented by:
The vibration: It is the beginning, the mind, the mental level.
The energy: It is all the information that we have received through the emotions experienced. It is our soul, and represents our emotional level.
The matter: Which is created by the vibration and the energy condense in one point and thus creating matter. It is related to the body.
Vibration not just gives rise to the material world, but it is also associated with healing.
Our body’s balance depends on the vibrations that we receive and the way in which we receive them. One can bring wellbeing to our bodies, minds, and souls through vibration. Vibration is not only found in sound, but also in colors, gems, foods, and even places.
Vibration is found in our bodies in the energetic centers called chakras. Each energetic chakra has its own vibration which correlates also to each of the colors of the rainbow, with the root chakra corresponding to the color red, the sacral chakra to the color orange, the plexus chakra to the yellow, the heart chakra to the green, the throat chakra to the color blue, the third eye chakra to the indigo, and the crown chakra to the violet. At the same time these seven colors of the rainbow directly correlate to the seven notes of the musical scale.
An unbalance in our energetic body means that the chakras are out of tune, being the underlying cause of our mental, emotional, and even physical illness.
To bring balance to our bodies we need to bring the energetic centers - chakras - back to their proper vibration. This can be done in many ways although one way is through vibrational therapy and music.
Sound Therapy is beneficial for:
Stress reduction.
Immunological support.
Pain relief, such as: muscle pain, arthritis pain, and pot-operative pain.
Mobility and stiffness improvement.
Blood circulation stimulation.
Blood pressure decrease.
As Edgar Cayce said sounds, music, and color may have much to do with creating the proper vibrations for all individuals that are mentally and/or physically unbalanced.
